How do I choose the right ski or snowboard size?
Sizing depends on your height, weight, and skill level. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page, but generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head.
Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment?
Yes, we offer binding mounting services. For safety reasons, bindings must be adjusted by a certified technician in-person with your specific ski boots to ensure proper release settings.
What is your return policy for seasonal gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that mounted skis are considered customized and are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for skis and boards typically takes 3-7 business days. We use specialized reinforced packaging to ensure your gear arrives without a scratch.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All new equipment comes with a full manufacturer's warranty against defects. Ski Barn also offers a one-year performance guarantee on select premium brands.
